SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification email when your order has shipped.
Inside Australia:
Express (<500g) - 1 to 4 business days - $15.00
Express (>500g) 1 to 4 business days $20.00

Standard (>500g) 2 to 8 business days $15.00

All orders over $150 - FREE
When your order has shipped, you will receive a notification email from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at 3dmarksdesigns321@gmail.com with your name and tracking number and we will look into it for you.
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
If it happens that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at 3dmarksdesigns321@gmail.com with your order details and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on an individual case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution for both parties.
